Happy Thanksgiving! Because of the Holiday, we will not be having our Wednesday Night Bible Study on November 23^rd. We will resume our studies on November 30^th – and our topic will be “Which Works have the Most Heavenly Rewards?”   Jesus taught in His famous “Sermon on the Mount” that God, our Heavenly Father will reward us for our Works (or Charitable Deeds). In the same passage of Scripture He also said ” Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal;  “but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.”

      In light of these teachings, what kind of works are considered by God to be the most rewardable?  What kind of vocation, occupation, calling, or career does God consider most important?  The list below is not considered to be exhaustive, but it is representative of many jobs that Christians are employed in –
